How to participate... If you are an artist – professional, student or amateur, or simply a doodler, we warmly invite you to participate by contributing a small postcard size work – any media - to be exhibited in the sale.

The 2010 event is now over but we have left the remainder of this page in place so you can see what was involved in creating the event. It is hoped that Brief Art will retun in a 2012 guise - of which further details will be posted here soon...

At the time of writing we are receiving pieces of work of a very high quality, but to reach our target we still need more pictures. Please do help us by contributing a postcard - it will be very much appreciated.

For a Brief Art pack containing good quality art card and a stamped addressed return label contact the event organisers on either of the telephone numbers below. On the other hand many artists prefer to use their own material and this is fine. Work of any medium is very welcome and we will be most grateful if you contact us for further information on one of the numbers given below.

Each work will be displayed incognito, so please sign and date on the back. The names of contributing artists will be listed separately but buyers will have to rely on their artistic sense and judgement rather than an exhibition label. Very many thanks in advance for your contribution - we will endeavour to notify artists of the final sum raised rather than acknowledging receipt of each picture.

Participating artists please note our deadline of the end of January. If you have a pack and were unable to contribute work please use the SAE to return the paper to us - thank you.
